Ini blog lama2 jadi tempat curhatan gw deh…….jadi kemaren itu match antara Indonesia vs Korsel Piala AFC 2007, dilema besar buat gw . Mo dukung Indonesia apa Korsel??? darah memang Indonesia, tapi hati ama otak ke korsel….gimana tuh?? secara saat ini gw emang lagi tergila2 sama negara itu. Saking ‘membabi butanya’ suka sama Korea, gw hampir bilang ho’oh ajah waktu ditawarin pindah ke new venture hanya karena bos’e orang aseli korea, miting bareng korea-pun disambut dgn suka cita….berangan2 mo pamer satu dua kata bahasa Korea yg gw pelajari dr serialnya…..dasar edun….yang lebih gila lagi adalah sempet merasa ‘menyesal’ tidak dilahirkan sbg orang korea dan bercita2 merit sama orang korea (asal bukan mister sl )……hehehe…..mang ga da org yg lebih gila lagi selain gw…..eitss ada deh, temen kos adik gw, tapi dia tergila2 sama jepang….ini orang juga edun, playlistnya dia lagu jepang semua, ga da yg gw ngerti, cita2nya segera lulus trus cabut ke jepang……itulah kegilaan gw, lebih kagum sama jang geum ketimbang sama RA.Kartini, lebih suka serialnya ketimbang sinetron indonesia ala multivision, rela antri tiket buat nonton boyband yg ga ngetop disini, merasa co2 korea lebih cakep2 drpd co2 seluruh dunia…..hehehe, tapi begitu peluit menutup 90 menit pertandingan dan berakhir 1-0 buat Korsel……kok sedih yaa….hiks…hiks
Kali ini edisi berbahasa Indonesia yah….bulan lalu jalan2 ke KL dan Bangkok, sbenernya di KL cuman transit doang, jemput temen dalam rangka Bangkok Trip. Ga banyak yg bisa dilakuin di KL, karena cuman 2 hari, jadi cuman jalan2 ke ke mall doang. Bener2 ga nahan….klo ga inget uang saku yg terbatas, mungkin di KL gw udah jatuh bangkrut kali’….gimana ngga, harga barang branded bener2 lebih murah drpd di Jakarta, mulai dr Guess sampai Braun Buffel….semua perang diskon. Tapi akhirnya cuman beli sendal doang, niat awal sih ikutan tren, mo punya sendal vincci juga, tapi kok ya ga ada yg ngena di hati….jadi beli sendal merk nose….lumayan cantik, setidaknya cukup membuat temen di kantor sirik…hehehe. 2 hari di KL, langsung terbang ke Bangkok…..Thanks to Airasia, Now Anyone Can Fly…..hihihi. Nyampe di Bangkok, agak kaget juga….kok kotanya agak shabby gitu….tapi ternyata ga juga, maklum ajah kita stay di daerah yg agak padet, Sukhumvit, yang banyak jalan2 kecilnya alias soi….tambahan lagi ada Skytrain yang bikin, daerahnya sumpek….tapi itu cuma kesan hari pertama, selanjutnya gw jatuh cinta sama kota ini. Poster Rain dimana2…..kayaknya doski mo concert disini….begonya gw, ga nyadar, kalo tahu kan bisa nonton Rain disini, secara di Indonesia entah kapan. Rain oooh….rain…….
Di bangkok, sempet naik perahu, ke kuil2 alias wat yg betebaran dimana2, ternyata emang takdir gw menjelajahi daerah2 sucinya agama Budha…..ada satu temple, gw lupa namanya yang mirip banget sma Potala di Tibet. Malem2 jalan ke daerah "Red Light"nya Bangkok alias Patphong…….niatnya cuma cuci mata, tapi kejebak masuk satu tempat "syereeemmm" banget……trus ditinggal lagi supir Tuktuk yg kurang ajar, tapi lumayan cakep. Soal supir2 tuktuk ini sangat2 berkesan banget, soalnya kita selalu kebagian supir tuktuk yang cakep…..jadi kesimpulannya org2 Thai emang cakep-cakep mulai dari cowo,cewe,waria sampe supir tuktuk juga ngga kaleh cakep.
Makan juga enak, cuma sayangnya kita ga sempet nyari tempat2 makan yang murah meriah tapi enak……udah 2 minggu ini kena kram otak…..pengen nulis bagus tapi tiba2 bad mood….pengen jalan2 lagi….udah ngelirik HK tapi kayaknya mending South Korea dulu deh………feeling gw bilang gw harus kesana walaupun fitrix bilang ga da bagus2nya……what the heck……Oh Korea, here I come….Annyong Haseyo !!!
Gosh….been a long time, not writing a single word on this site, being too occupied with works and family, leave me no time to write a thing. Moreover, i lost my personal site. Today I came to the office for week end duty, it was only a short meeting, after got back to my desk, I checked on Suratmi Injection test, found some discrepancy on the data, then called someone in the offshore who used to input data to well database. Then, i run one case of prediction for Cinta Disposal Project at work station since yesterday my boss asked for it, one job done more waiting in line. After i got back from China months ago, i started to like my job more and more, it’s good news, huh??. Though, it feels like my life is so monoton, Monday to Friday, 7 to 4, only filled up with work…work…work….but i do feel happy inside, satisfied with all works i did and the results…..that’s the important, right?…..You’re happy with you do eventhough your life is not as perfect as you expected.
At this age, i’m getting mature, I know now what are my life goals, how to set priorities in life, understand how to control my self, how to treat my family or other people, avoid any bad temper that i used to have before. Well, I succesfully learned from someone. Yet, I feel still missing something or someone that i already let go…..
and the tears come streaming down your face, when you lose something you can’t replace, when you love someone you but it goes to waste
Toilet business is my biggest complain in China. I had thousand of experiences…a bit hyperbolic… of using public toilet/wc and none of them resulted in satisfaction. Sometimes, I found them as disgusting, weird, strange and unpleasant experiences or even nightmares. Toilets in China had received bunch of complains from expatriate, tourist or foreigner who just dropped by in China. I heard that Chinese government really take this matter seriously and they gear up to handle this problem soon as this country will face 2008 Olympic Games.
One of my experiences is really strange but i found it quite funny and become unforgettable for my entire life. Most of the toilet problem I had is about the sanitation of the toilets but this one is not. It happened when we had a dinner with a Chinese friend in a hot pot restaurant. During the dinner, I had this urgent, emergency condition that I really needed to go toilet right away. After a waiter told me where it was, I hurried up to settle my business but unfortunately there was only one toilet and 3 other ladies already in queue before me, so I need to wait. When my turn came, I quickly entered the toilet and how surprised I was when I entered the toilet there was a young lady squatted, crouching with knees bent and she mumbled some words to me but off course I didn’t understand what she said. I just assumed she said “You can have your own business…never mind me, have a nice time”……whatttt???
In my mind, an ideal toilet should be a very personal place, sometimes it’s a place for people to enjoy their time of being alone….for me, it’s a good time to recall back memories, pondering, reflecting or reading papers or magazine…hehehe. How can I settle my toilet business with other people squatted before me and maybe she will take the opportunity to peep…Ooo no way, it will never happen to me, my brains shouted….as I about to beg her to give me some space and ask her to leave the toilet , I saw her crying and seemed like in a deep pain…Oh Gosh, what should I do with her….she just drooped and waved her hands to me refusing to get out ….and I was in really deep trouble because of this urgent need….there was no other way to run for another toilet….so I just closed the door and took my time with this lady in front of me, still crouching and bowing her head…In my heart, I yelled out to her…Don’t you dare to peep me, miss!!!
Things that you like and dislike in China
After 3 months living in China, i guess this is about the right time to write about things that happens here which some of them you love about it or you simply hate it. Accidentaly, i bumped in to the same idea with one of threads in a forum. This forum claimes to be the largest Indonesian cyber community all around the world. One of their regions is China…not limited in mainland only but spread all over Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan. Back to the topic….so they were talking about things that they like as well as they hate which occur in China. Their opinions mostly the same and to take into account that these people are living in different part of China, Beijing, Shanghai,Hangzhou, Foushan, Xiamen and many more. So, if their opinion is happened to be similar to some extent means that the phenomena they encountered here is happening all over China. -to be continued-
